We have initiated a web based reporting system to record your fault reports and to respond to them.

Before reporting your fault, check with our user guides below to ensure that it is not something that you have caused. It will save embarrassment when the engineer calls and also possibly a call out charge for an abortive visit !.

Changing Date and Time

At System Managers Extension (100 - 200 or 21 usually)

  1. Dial *95

  2. Display reads "Enter User"

  3. Dial *95 and tick

  4. At password press tick

  5. Scroll to TIME and press tick

  6. Press tick to alter time

  7. Dial in the time (i.e. HHMM)

  8. Press tick, lift handset and release

 

Siemens Hicom 100e Range

Changing Date and Time

At System Managers Extension (200 or 11 usually)

  1. Dial *94

  2. Press tick to enter

  3. Scroll to TIME and press tick

  4. Press tick to alter time

  5. Dial in the time (i.e. HHMM)

  6. Press tick, lift handset and release

 

Siemens Hicom 100 Series

Changing the Date and Time

With a Display Handset plugged into the first extension (usually 20 or 200)

  1. Press Service

  2. Press Hold

  3. Dial 756

  4. Press Service

  5. Dial 9 * 0 4 *

  6. Dial the hours (00-23) followed by *

  7. Dial the minutes (00-59) followed by *

  8. Lift and replace the Handset
