The Samsung range of Digital Communication Systems is available with a wide choice of easy-to-use ergonomic handsets, which maximise the benefits of the system and give each user the correct handset for their needs.

From a simple telephone, headset working, portable DECT handsets to a fully featured keyphone with LCD display and programmable functions Samsung have the right handset for every user.

• DDI and CLI information - so you can see who is calling you and what number they are calling 

• Context Sensitive Keys - displaying which functions are available and giving access to the system 's integral telephone directory

• Speed Dialing - from the handsets ' programmable keys 

• Appointment Reminder - to remind users of meetings and appointments 

• Redialing - auto-retry, last number redial and save number 

• Call Forwarding - if you are engaged, unavailable or out of the office 

• Call Pickup - allows a group of extensions to answer each other 's calls

Voice key set & call management

The OfficeServe ViP Internet Keyphone PBX provides voice call switching between two ISDN voice channels, six digital extensions, and four analog extensions, thereby providing a 4x10 key system. Call management features include distinctive ringing and intelligent internal/external call forwarding based on extension or caller ID

Call Services

The OfficeServe ViP Internet Keyphone provides call service such as call waiting, call hold, and call transfer. 

VOIP (Voice over IP) support

Voice over IP encodes your telephone calls into the IP protocol allowing the routing of these calls over a private network, with the functionality to use the public telephone network when this service becomes available in the UK. Imagine the positive effect this will have on your communication costs.

The OfficeServe ViP Internet Keyphone System uses the worldwide standard H323 protocol, so you are investing in the future, with no need to worry about obsolescence. And with the system's flexibility to route calls without using the Internet, there is inbuilt resilience in the unlikely event of a problem with Internet calls.

Scalability

The OfficeServe ViP Internet Keyphone main system unit can be expanded to form a single coordinated phone system supporting up to 26 phones. Coordination of trunk ports automatically balances incoming and outgoing voice and data traffic.
