We have initiated a web based reporting system to record your fault reports and to respond to them.

Before reporting your fault, check with our user guides below to ensure that it is not something that you have caused. It will save embarrassment when the engineer calls and also possibly a call out charge for an abortive visit !.

Store Personal Memory Numbers

Press TRSF 105, move cursor (press 3rd soft key) dial 9 (for line), enter number, press 3rd soft key again, TRSF (to finish) or + on volume to enter another number
Name your Extension

Press TRSF 104, spell name, TRSF to finish
Select your Ring Tone Press TRSF 111, dial 1 to 8 to hear ring tones, TRSF to finish
Allocate "Memory" number to empty speed dial keys

Press TRSF 107, press programmed SPD key, dial "memory" code (personal 00-09 or system 500-699/999), TRSF to finish
To set Automatic hold Press TRSF 110, dial 01, TRSF to finish

 

 

To set Time and Date

Press TRSF 200, passcode - 1234, Enable (use Volume Keys), press Speaker, dial 505, then adjust Time and Date
To enable a Headset

Press TRSF 110, Use arrow keys to scroll to Headset Mode, press the left soft key to move cursor, Then use the arrow keys to turn ON or OFF

Program System Speed Dial numbers

Press TRSF 200, passcode - 1234, use the + arrow key to enable actions, press Speaker key, dial 705, use the + arrow key to scroll to the next available Speed Dial number, press left hand soft key to move cursor, press 9 for outside line and dial number you want to store, press the right hand soft key to save and move onto the next number.

Station Messages

To use, Dial :- 4801 - in a meeting, 4802 - out on a call, 4803 - out to lunch, 4804 - leave a message, 4805 - page me, 4806 - out of town, 4807 - in tomorrow, 4808 - return afternoon, 4809 - on holiday, 4810 - gone home. 

To cancel Dial 4800

To return to caller Press TRSF
To set callback when phone is busy Press CBK soft key (under display)
Exclusive Hold

Press HOLD twice - put handset down (to get caller back, press HOLD again)
To pick up phone ringing at another extension Press programmed PICK UP key or dial 65 + extension number
To forward all calls Dial 601 + Extension number
To cancel Forwarding Dial 600
Dial External number Press Redial key
To dial Personal Memory numbers Press Memory + code (00,01,02, etc.)
To dial System Memory numbers Press Memory + Code (500,501,502 etc)
