From handset with LCD Display:

Press ON/OFF

Press Memory

Press #4

Enter the hour in 24 hr format e.g 00 - 23.

Now enter the minutes.e.g.00 - 59

Press HOLD

Press ON/OFF.

From any extension with LCD display

Press ON/OFF.

Press *

Press 000

Press 7#

Press*101

Now key in your new time, starting with the hour in 24hr format, followed by the minutes.

From extension 200 with a display phone

Press ON/OFF

Press Prog on new phones, Recall on old style.

Press #3

Now enter the date and time in the format DDMMYYYYHHMM

On ext.21 key the following sequence:

Press SP-PHONE

Key 77

Enter time in 24 hr format

Key 1, for am, 0 for pm

Press #

Time Change - KXT 1232

On ext.201 key the following sequence:

Flick the switch on the back of the phone from set to program.

Press 0

Enter the date and time in the format YYMMDD W HHMM P 

YY = Year

MM = Month

DD = Date

W ..= Day of the week, where 0 = Sunday, 1 = Monday, etc

HH = Hour

MM = Minutes

P ...= 0 for AM, 1 for PM

Press AUTODIAL STORE

Flick the switch on the back from program to set

Time Change - KXTD

From any handset with an LCD Display

Do not lift the handset, press program ** then 1234 (if you do not have a program key on the left under the display, press pause instead)

Press 000

Press SP - PHONE

Enter the hour e.g .01 for 1am, or 1pm

In the group of buttons where your line keys are, press the 3rd button in from the left at the bottom.

Enter the minutes from 00 - 59

Press the STORE button, (2 keys above SP - PHONE)

Press HOLD

Press program or pause as in step 1.

Time Change - KXTD 1232/816

Before entering programming mode, confirm that:

Your telephone is on-hook

No calls are on hold on your telephone

Press program then **1234

Display = SYS-PGM?

Enter 000

Display = Day/time set

Press SP - PHONE (NEXT)

Display = 1 Jan.'94 SAT

Enter the day

To change the current entry, press Transfer (Clear) and the new day

Press FWD/DND (->)

Keep pressing the AUTO ANSWER/MUTE (SELECT) until the desired month is displayed.

Press FWD/DND(->)

Enter the year

To change the current year press TRANSFER (CLEAR) and the new year

Press FWD/DND(->)

Keep pressing AUTO ANSWER/MUTE (SELECT) until the desired day of the week is displayed.

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE (STORE)

Press SP - PHONE (NEXT)

Display = 12:00 am

Enter the hour

To change the current entry, press Transfer (Clear) and the hour

Press FWD/DND (->)

Enter the minutes

To change the current entry, press Transfer (Clear) and the new minutes.

Press FWD/DND (->) 

Press AUTO ANSWER/MUTE (SELECT) for am or pm

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE (STORE)

Press END
